I'm Back

Did you guys miss me? Did you even know I was gone? We all came back alive, and vacation was pretty enjoyable actually. Whoda thunk it?


A few funny stories:


On Friday Night we were at my grandfathers shul and we were davening shemonei esrei. It was as quiet as you could expect for old people, and then someone sneezed. The whole shul was like G-d bless you. I was laughing so hard I had to pause to finish Shemonei Esrei.

Our flight was delayed for almost an hour Tuesday night, so we didn't leave till 9 ocklock. We got to our hotel in New York at about 12:30. Wondering why we were staying over? We found a deal where you pay for a one night stay and get two weeks free parking, well worth it. So we get to the desk to check in and theres this frum guy who comes to the counter. He asked how much it would be to call a number he had written down on a pad. I noticed it was an Israeli number, and wasn't too suprised. The lady at the desk was like you have to put down a fifty dollar deposit. He then offered here a ten dollar bill. He couldn't understand English. So I walked over and started translating for him. Then Anna came over and helped.

We're going on vacation

Putting my family in an even smaller room for two whole weeks? Someone call the coroners office in Orlando and tell them to be ready.
